Move backupexec 15 to new server

Hi

I need to move Backup exec 15 FP3 installation from Windows 2008r2 server1 to server2 with Windows 2012R2

Backupe exec 15 FP3.

Have installed backupexec 15 FP3 and copy catalog to server2 and database with dek file to temporary directory.
