Cannot recover multiple partition boot disk

SSR 2013 R2 suggests that my drive is failing when I try an incremental backup. The recovery program indicates it is a BIOS boot but my system uses UEFI. I built the system myself. MY guess is that the system boots from BIOS into the UEFI then into Windows 10. There are 3 partitions on the drive. A small 100 MB system-Primary,. the C: drive and a 450 MB Recovery partition. I can find no way to duplicate the drive to a new drive. SSR 2013 complains any time I try to recover more than one partition to the new drive. You can see what happens when I try to recover using the backup.
