Invitation to join Backup Exec Customer Feedback Programs

The Backup Exec team is committed to developing Backup Exec based on customer input and feedback. We are looking for customers that are interested in participating in upcoming Backup Exec customer feedback programs. You are invited to participate in any of three programs:

• Development Feedback Program: This is an exclusive program that enables you to participate in the early stages of our quarterly feature pack releases. Early participation provides insight into upcoming work that can greatly influence the direction for Backup Exec. In this program, we have open discussions about new content, and then develop and present the work via a demo. New work is revised based on customer input. Your participation requires between 2-4 hours of your time during a quarterly release schedule. This program ensures that the development of Backup Exec is based on customer participation and feedback from beginning to end.
   
• Technical Preview Program: This program provides an opportunity to use and experience with a pre-release build (that can be deployed in your lab environment). You can share your testing feedback about a feature or product area planned for an upcoming release. Your feedback is taken very seriously. Not only does it help to shape the pre-release version you are testing, but future releases as well.
   
• Production‑Ready Beta Program: This program provides an opportunity to test the pre-release build in a production environment. You can then share your overall valuable feedback about a feature or product area in real-world scenarios. Your feedback is taken very seriously, not only does it help to shape the production-ready beta version you are testing, but future releases as well.
