Self Service portal "could not find job by id" message all the time

I need a solution

Hi all,

My team just "won" the administration of a Netbackup environment with Biomni self service portal, this backs up some machines in a Vcloud.

Problem is when someone does a manual backup using the "backup now" button the portal sends a "backup failed" (request number: DBBACKNOW, error: could not find job by id) email. But the backup is succesfull & we can see the created backups even restore it if needed.

I tried "test connectivity" which does not give me any error.

We have no experience with this system at the moment, appreciate if someone could help me out.
