Errors opening Backup Exec 2010 R3 Console

When I try and open Backup Exec 2010 R3 I get the errors below and the console will not open. Please could anybody shed some light what may be causing this and how I go about getting the BE console to load again. It was working fine and then one day just stopped working.

Some things I have tried include:

1. Rebooted server (Windows Server 2008 R2,
2. Confirmed all Backup Exec services are running.
3. checked for any recent Windows updates - none installed.
4. Tried running a repair of BE 2010 R3 - continue to receive error.
5. Search Symantec/Veritas KBs - can't find any info relating to the error below.
