Backing up BE15 Media server DB & settings ?

Hi People,

I'd like to know what is the best way to recover or restore the Physical server which runs Backup Exec 15 (Media Server) and its DB (SQL Express) ?

In case there is a hardware failure or disaster strikes, I wonder what is the best way to perform the quick restore.
