backup exec 2015

Dear good afternoon, he has given me problems to the conversion of a server AD-DC virtual to physical. although I reported the problem related to authentication, I have reviewed and has all the parameter as the documentation says and do normal backup and restore of virtual servers.
On the other hand, the 5633 TCP port is not open or listening to, same as 445UDP as I can open that port? and try by creating a new rule in the Windows Firewall.
