Restore Active:Queued to NDMP

We are trying to restore a One Time tape LTO-6 backup to NDMP Isilon.

The backup was created in Oct. All is fine with selection and testing credentials. All passes like it is going to restore.

Then it goes to Active:Queued and never does anything.

I expect it will prompt me for the tape or something? The drive is empty but when I put in a tape, it does the same thing.

Any process here that I need to know?
