How to download NetBackup Self Service 7.7 for trial?

Are Evaluation Keys available?
Yes. Customers can access Veritas FileConnect and download the software package. As part of the installation, a 60-day temporary key is included. This key allows a user to access the full functionality of the product.
But unfortunally can not access to download it.
Please, help me to do it.
Also will be wary good to download full documentation not only installation and configuration guide.
Wiil be good to have documentation for Self-Service API if exists...
