The EV archived file was wrongly identified as corrupt file

Hi Veritas support,

Please check the attached screen. Some archived files that were archived by Symantec EV cannot be backup with error file is corrupted. When we go into the folder and double click to open the file, file can be opened without problem. What should we do with these files? Thanks
