Read Only files Are showing when I try to do a restore

I need a solution

Greetings, I have a Hyper-V Win 2008 client that did not have the agent installed (Admins did not want to give us access to the machine)on. We received a request for a file level restore on the virtual server and I installed the agent. I edited the host file, as normal, to point to the master server. Said master server also acts as the media server. I checked the host file on the master/media server to add the make sure that the node the client is on was listed.I can ping the node from the master/media server. I can ping the master/media server from the hyper-v client. When I click on the client name in Symantec Netbackup Admin Console it connects.  When I attempt the restore I am able to see our records for our full retention period.

When I browse to the requested files using Backup, Archive and Restore they have the "read only" (red circle with line through it). Any idea what I can do to have full access to the files in order to do a restore?
