BackupExec2010R3 and Tandberg RDX QuickStation

Hello all,

Please help me to resolve issue with BackupExec2010R3  and Tandberg RDX QuickStation.

BackupExec2010R3 installed on Windows 2008 R2 server. Tandberg RDX QuickStation network connected to the server by iSCSI initiator. Tandberg RDX QuickStation configured as Tape Autoloader (One LTO-3 and eight slots)

I added Robotic Libraries in BE and it does see it BUT it shows all Slots as Empty (please see attached pictures) (1tb rdx are in all slots inserted) 

I did restart, shutdown- nothing. If I performe Initialize, scan or Inventory - it does nothing.

I got stuck.

Please advise
