Trying to change the default c:\temp to d:\temp for Exchange Restore

I have not been able to find where I can change the default from c:\temp to a larger drive.   I have BE 2012.   I am trying to restore a single mailbox and it is failing because the c drive is too small to load the Information Store.    Can you assist?
