Disk Pool Down 2074

I have a mounted a CIFS share on windows server and created a storage unit of BasicDisk type using UNC path of the CIFS share.While backup getting the error Disk pool down 2074.

I have run  the following commands to reset the state of Disk pool but error is still there.

nbdevconfig -changestate -stype Basic dv  -state Reset
